The Drama Queen Files – Exhibit #6
The fools who fear 400 ppm CO2 preach a fossil free world is the way to better world. Really? The alternatives to Fossil Fuel are worse by any measure. They require tons of rare earth that creates toxic waste in the surrounding areas which is harmful to the envionment and human health. They pollute the environment with toxic waste during their manufacture. They are inefficient and costly providing only a fraction of the energy fossil fuel does. Wind Turbines kill millions of birds, require large land masses to operate scaring once natural habitats and are harmful to human health. Ditto with solar panels if deployed in mass may even cause more global warming not less. Plants used for biofuel like corn and palm trees grow on fertile land once used for food crops and in the case of palm trees virgin forests are chopped down and poor Africans are forcibly removed from their land so rich neocoloniest green corporations can profit. Among the main beneficiaries of this CO2 fear mongering are the Green Mafia who are raking in billions of tax payer dollars from the Obama Admin for their illicit companies that have a track record of failure.
Carbon dioxide, superstition, and protecting the oceans.
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says there were 280 molecules per million of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere back in 1750. The gradual rise in that number over the past 260 years is an important part of the global warming scare.
As of last week, there are now 400 molecules of CO2 per million in our atmosphere. This has sent Al Gore and others into a tizzy.
According to Gore, this event should cause us to “reflect on the fragility” of our “planetary ecosystem” – and inspire us to dedicate ourselves to “the task of saving our future.” (Alternative perspectives are available here, here, here, and here.)
But since practically everything that gentleman utters is melodramatic, this installment of the Drama Queen Files isn’t about Gore. The honour instead goes to Oceana, which describes itself as “the…
